walked home in the early hours this morning after being beaten in a bar fight and die the victims identified by the medical examiner's office as 55 year-old joe sallust's described as a well liked and long known resident of this area an iron worker they say no one has an easy explanation for this police say he walked home after getting and what he told his girlfriend was a fight on the street outside a bar and he refused medical attention and refused police attention as well a short time later he was complaining of heart trouble they say and passed away within a matter of hours, they do not know whether that was the result of his injuries that's what the autopsy they hope will determine his family gathered at his home today along with friends who were too grief-
